Project Setup (Nathan)
- The first iteration of Blender Variables (the first milestone) is working in a naïf implementation
- Now trying to get meaningful variables in there, based on a list drawn with artists at the Studio.

- Will make another build today or Monday, users can look and try it out

Vulkan (Jeroen)
- Participated in Vulkanised 2025
- Currently working on Open SubDiv, estimating 3 weeks of work for the next goal.
