If we enter in the cursor active tool we have options to change it’s align behaviour, by default is in view but we are able to configure it as geometry for example, but if we are not in the active tool but in any other tool the cursor is always aligned to the view, something I find uncomfortable.
Is it possible to change the default behaviour of the cursor?
A good option to do so would be to have a cursor entry in the preferences or to have an option in the top bar of the viewport, besides the “Proportional Editing” options, this last option is the most appealing because we could be able to change the cursor behaviour on the fly.
I imagine this is something for @billrey and @pablovazquez since it’s a UI thing
