Vertex normals control

Hi! I’m a cel-shading explorer and I can see that Blender already have good tools for normal editing, however, a better set have been made for other softwares, specially Maya and Softimage in the past. NPRs are things that are really showing off lately and I understand Blender is catching up with it, particularly speaking of freestyle and real-time rendering. Though, I good popup to finely control vertices is still missing, such as the one linked next:
Please notice how professional is this relatively simple tool, I wished VERY MUCh that one of these should be made for Blender, would really push up the cel-shading production! :heart_eyes:
