I downloaded blender 2.81 to test, and it broke all of my hotkeys for the 2.8 version and auto saved when i changed one hotkey on blender 2.81.
So i removed everything and started to change the hotkeys from a fresh 2.80 official release, but for some reason i can’t use a hotkey on wireframe like i was using before and i also can’t change the hotkey for Global orientations.
OBS: i have deactivated the pie menu that is on by default and i am using windows 10. The error on the screenshot happens when i press the hotkey i choose for the wireframe mode.
