I don’t know if it’s possible or easy enough to do, I’d like screen cast/shot to capture the whole screen, not just the Blender window.
Let me know, please.
I think it is unlikely that Blender will ever have this functionality.
Fortunately there is a good open source alternative for recording the screen: https://obsproject.com
And any major operating system should have some builtin way to make a screenshot.
