Physically Based Rendering in Wavefront Obj

I created a patch which improves blender’s handling of MTL. The improvements include improved compatibility with other software and support for a Disney PBR extension.

(On hold until the exporter moves to C++)

Abandoned the Python patch because the entire exporter is being rewritten in C++. Doesn’t make sense to do an overhaul on something that is going to be thrown out. I am still very much open to working on this area.
