Per lamp volumetrics

I would like to propose the following feature for Blender/Eevee: A per lamp volumetric option (like the old BlenderRender “Halo” effect) as opposed - or in addition to - the per scene volumetrics as it is set up currently. This would allow for effects like in this render (not Blender, but Cinema 4D) where only the red light in the stop signal has volumetrics turned on. All other lights in the scene is without volumetrics making the scene free from a general haze/mist look.
