'Paste' and 'Paste Flipped' what's the difference?

Came across this functionality

and tried them out with a simple cube animation

and tried to peform paste

and got this result:

then repeat with paste-flipped:

and was unable to see any differences. Could anybody explain what the ‘Paste Flipped’ in the ‘Dope Sheet’ context is supposed to do, please? I was expecting the ‘Paste Flipped’ reverses the sequence of keys, so the cube would be moving from HIGH back to LOW position.
