Outliner - horizontal scroll bar covers last entry

I believe a similar issue was reported with the Outliner’s vertical scroll bar covering the hide_render icons. When you have a long list of objects and scroll all the way to the bottom, you don’t scroll ‘far enough’ and the horizontal scroll bar partially obscures the last entry, which feels rather claustrophobic.

This was reported in the papercuts thread several months ago, but never addressed.

It seems development is slowing to a crawl… Who knows why.

So it was! I need to get into the habit of updating my build before posting something, it seems.
