My eevee final render is different from what is in viewport

if u see in viewport the space between the razor logo is visible but in final render it is not… please help me with it !! thanks in advance.

[update] i found that when i change the f-stop of camera from 1.5 to some thing high that there is no blur then the holes are visible… but i need the blur… any solutions ?

At the first look.
What settings in Preferences - Viewport - Textures - Limit Size?
Maybe it set to something smaller than your actual BG texture size…

If not this case, can you attach a simple scene delete all except that BG and camera
