The MeasureIt add-on becomes really useful when there is a need to annotate a model in a clean way.
1: When somebody needs to AUTOMATICALLY LINK THE VISIBILITY of a label to the labelled object (there is no known way to link the visibility of two objects without passing by an upper container (collection, group, etc.).
2: When he/she needs to CONSTRAINT this typed label TOWARDS THE 3D VIEWPORT, it is the only solution. (there is no constaint towards the viewport).
Unfortunately, the number of characters is limited to a single line.
If I could write a whole text within a text box, I could add definitions to the anatomical structures of this atlas: z-anatomy.com/
I followed other options with real text objects but these two points seem to be a bag end.
