Jpeg xl, webp and avif support?

Any plans on adding support to export as the new jpeg xl of avif formats when they are finalized? or the already finalized webm?

I think the most interesting part about WEBP are the shorter saving times.
That could make it a light-weight replacement for PNG when rendering an animation with eevee, where the saving times can account for a significant amount of the total render time.
