Irradiance broken on some objects

Here is the scene with imported floor object from archviz official eevee demo scene. Lighted with one Sun light, material is unchanged. Only difference is that the right object is attached to a new empty mesh object. One irrandiance volume is across the scene and light bounce is not not correct on the original object (on the left). Both objects seem to share same object and mesh properties (scale, vertex, normal settings…) What seems to be the problem with the left object?

Solved. Renderability property is only visible via Outliner. Object from the archviz scene was set to Non-renderable, and joining to the new object inherited default visibility to ON. There were more places to look for troubleshoot so I missed the most obvious one
