I don’t really like how the fingers of the hands and feet are small when they’re unwrapped. It just doesn’t feel right. You should find a way to make blender unwrap the fingers to the same size like the model itself in 2.8 instead of just shrinking down. Maya keeps the size of the uv intact instead of making it look like its a limb of a frog or something.
I gotta figure this is mostly up to you. Check your seams, your unwrap settings, your topo. Worst case, you do a little shell scaling. The idea is to make less detailed areas, like the limbs, smaller than the face anyways. But whatever you want is probably just sitting there in the settings.
Go watch someone manual unwrap and appreciate how little work it is now.
