Could we freeze hair simulation at a given frame and then comb particles afterwards on Blender 2.8?
Blender 2.79 spawned strange particle behavior (after data drawn on the screen) and it wasn´t possible.
The idea is to apply hair dynamics (like wind or turbulence forces) or self forces with the same intention: To give hair natural randomness and freeze (apply?) the force at a given frame and then go into edit hair particle mode to further refine the hair strands.
