For a long time we already have the save startup and load factory settings functions. Why not we do further more to make user can define and swap among several startup templates?
Blender has a lot of tool that has quite amount of parameters to set, like render engine settings. E.g. we want to swap between eevee and cycles. Having multi-template to choose would help saving a lot of time wasting on changing the basic settings to start our work as soon as possible.
