Hello , while i was trying to do a dolly zoom inside of blender witouth the use of animation i found this “Dolly view” feature , ( CTRL + SHIFT + CENTRALCLICK ) that is doing quite the same work of the standart scrollwheel/ctrl centralclick zoom but a bit differently , and i cant understand how? and why ?
is it trying to do a real dolly zoom/vertigo effect like this ?

Could a real dolly-zoom effect be incorpored inside of blender with the same kind of shortcut, for example :CTRL + ALT + MIDDLECLICK would scroll trough a dolly zoom ? it could be really amazing !
in this old thread i even found a python code to achieve this
