Command Line force CPU + GPU

Is there a way to force cycles to use all available devices?

Our command line is currently this for our farm:

“H:_distros\blender\blender_2.82_win\blender.exe” -b N:/PATHTO BLEND/BLEND.blend -s 1 -e 100 -a

The machines have two gpus in them as well, but we can’t seem to find a way to use them via command line.
