Blender Shutting Down And Not Recognizing Hardwares

Hi I’m using Cycles, but Blender is not recognizing my hardware. RTX 2070 Super (2), and it causes crashes and Blender shutdowns during renderings. Can you please fix this bug on the next patch? I’ve attached complete Blender report file.
