Blender doesn't work in a multi-user environment on MacOS

No, the file isn’t damaged. Here it is running on a different user:

Both users who are trying to run this are admins. What is going on?

This issue still is not fixed with 2.82

Issue still not fix in 2.83… I think they just want people not to use Blender after all
