Blender 3.0 beta rigid body physics baking performance decline

I tested the new version of Blender 3.0 beta (build 11.20) and found that the performance of rigid body physics baking decreased. As a comparison, the speed of the same data in Blender 2.93 and 3.0 alpha is about 3 times that of the beta version. Is this a known problem? Is there any solution.
