Blender 3.0.0 Compositing Multiply is broken?

I’m trying to achieve 2.93 result in 3.0.0 for my scene with using multiply node for render + AO in Compositing.

Here is a raw render result (3.0.0):

Why Multiply in 3.0.0 is different than in any other program now?

Works fine in 2.93:

This is a bug in 3.0.0?

Test file for 3.0.0

For some reason AO goes above 1 (to 2.0f) on background.

It seems something wrong with new Cycles-X Shadow Catcher.
