Black lines on edges after baking with cycles


I have hosted cycles in my own application.
I am getting black lines on edges after baking combined texture with cycles. My UVs are generated using xatlas.
Is there anything I can do with cycles to fix this problem? Or I need to fix it at xatlas side?

Probably you are missing the equivalent of the Margin setting in Blender:
