Background rendering causes particle disappearing on stereocopy right image (2.80 cycles)

I tyed to render a scene include hair particle with Cycles by command line.
Like this.

blender.exe -b hoge.blend -f 1

The .blend file is setted stereocopy, so there is no particle on the right image.
It’s the same both CPU and GPU.
Eevee does not occur the probrem.

Is it bug?
