Ability to use ''Alt+1 Alt+Shift+1+2+3''.. etc to set origin 3d cursor position

For some reason alt and alt+shift with the 1 to 9 numbers can’t be set as hotkeys to snap cursor and set origin, however others like alt+’ or G can. Those are pretty easy hotkeys and i think that we should be able to use them with those functions.
