Today I was using the A.N.T. Landscape addon, and while I was messing around with properties I realized that properties menu does not fit the screen in the pop-up menu, I’m using a 1366*768 screen resolution, and there’s no scrolling option in the menu. 
Untill this is done, issues like this will always arise.
That’s my most anticipated UI fix for 2.8 btw.
