Some of the content of blender wiki https://wiki.blender.org/ is mainly static and could be interesting to get it translated to other languages.
Is this possible? Is there is any background infrastructure for this ?

There are no translations for the wiki. I don’t think we’d add that since it’s a resource for development, where speaking some English is required to be able to read the code or collaborate with other developers.
