What is the release schedule for the bpy Python module on pypi (bpy 4.2.0 not available yet)?

Hello,

Apologies if this is not the best place to ask, but I was wondering if there is a place where the release schedule for the precompiled bpy Python package is listed? I had assumed that it would be released at the same time as the new version of Blender, but it seems that it is not available yet?

Thanks!

Bumping this. I use the bpy Python module for testing, and was hoping to get that setup for 4.2. In the past it’s usually within a day or two of the main release, but seen nothing yet.

@ThomasDinges @sergey This should just be a matter of triggering v420-code-bpy-deploy-coordinator.

I triggered the build and it completed. But I didn’t deploy it since I’m not around to fix things if anything breaks.

I believe the new bpy package has been deployed now: bpy · PyPI

Ran the update for my tests this morning, no problems here. Thanks all!

Awesome, I see it on pypi.org now as well! Thank you!

Thanks for testing and confirming.
We’ve updated the release process notes, so next time it should not slip through the cracks again.
