Waiting 20 minutes to launch Blender

Blender launch very slow. It gets stuck with the gray screen.
The PC: i9 and Nvidia 3090

I’ve been working with blender the last few months without any issues. Today I’ve restarted Blender and then it’s taking too long, around 20 minutes. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled Nvidia drivers, removed the Blender Fundation folder located in Roaming but still getting the same issue. Any ideas? Thank you

this is a crazy guess but do you have pen drives or smarth phone connected??
im in ubuntu but this crazy thing happend, when my phone its only carging connected to the pc blender takes ages to load, if i open blender it looks freezed if i disconnect the smartphone loads instantaneously, don’t know why and i bet is an ubuntu thing but maybe could happen something similar on windows.

I have exactly the same problem…
Everything was working fine. I have used Blender for years and most previous versions, even the new version 3.0.1 was working as expected. Nothing on my machine has changed physically (no new peripherals). The only thing that seems to coincide with the issue was a new version of Paint.Net. I will try removing that and see if it has any effect…
Does anybody have any other ideas…?
