I also prefer this one. It seems the best of the different options presented.
I’d pick left aligned as my first choice and then the center align as second.
I think the alignment discussion is off-topic for this particular thread per OP’s plea : “… But please stick to the subject of the inclusion of this data in this way.”
That said, I’d prefer right-align. It’s what spreadsheets default to for numbers because that makes the most sense. And drop the unnecessary symbols as that just adds clutter (the space character is Harley’s favorite thin space char \u2009):
The space between columns can be dynamic if you want, I just dislike when things shift around too much when they grow-shrink all the time.

Any updates on this? This is such a QoL improvement to my workflow, I can’t stress how much I wish this went into master!
