Vector input node to Nishita Sky Texture removed between 2.90.0 Alpha and 2.90.0 Beta

We found a nice use for the vector input node to the Nishita Sky Texture as part of aligning and mixing the sky texture with hdris to set up specific times of day and locations. This is very useful for archviz! The combination of mapping nodes allows for one z rotation input to control both textures. 2.90.0 beta_nishita node|690x303

It appears to be have been removed in 2.90.0 Beta. Any chance of it being reinstated?

Essentially we removed it because of Multiple Importance Sampling issues, so it is disabled if the sun lighting is enabled in the node.
