捐赠遇到问题，一直转圈圈，不知怎么回事

今天给blender捐赠，采用的是支持银联的银行卡，一个多小时过了，还是这个状况，看截图。
我是随意捐赠的，不知道能否通过一次性或订阅的方式捐赠？我是中国的Blender用户
