Snow Eyebrows Breaking in 3.4

Hey,

I’m trying to load in the Snow rig following the steps provided in the README however when I close and open a fresh blender Snow’s eyebrows go crazy.

I’ve seen a few people on other forums asking about this but not seen a solution to the problem? Can anyone help out?
