Radeon Pro for Blender 2.8 add-on (MacOS 10.14) says update required from Source Install?

Fresh Download of both Blender 2.8 and Radeon Pro for Blender. Successful build from source on MacOS 10.14. Successful install of Radeon Pro for Blender add-on directory. Activation of add-on says must upgrade to Blender 2.8? What am I missing?

Follow-up…Is Blender complaining, or is Radeon Pro Render complaining? Add-on identifies:
bl_info = {
“name”: “Radeon ProRender”,
“description”: “Radeon ProRender rendering plugin for Blender.”,
“author”: “AMD”,
“version”: (1, 8, 253),
“blender”: (2, 78, 0),
“location”: “Info header, render engine menu”,
“warning”: “”, # used for warning icon and text in addons panel
“wiki_url”: “https://radeon-prorender.github.io”,

Looks like the addon is for Blender 2.78.

Correct…but it’s applied under:
`/Library/Application Support/Blender/2.80/scripts/addons/rprblender
In the Radeon Pro Render add-on.

AMD needs to update the addon to work with 2.80.

'Tis True…Not holding my breath:
Per the Add-on:
AttributeError: ‘bpy.app.handlers’ object has no attribute ‘scene_update_post’

…and the Hits just keep on coming :unamused:
