Where are the PMs? There is a list with the bot one, but no “new” button in sight.
It wasn’t there at first. Probably some action enabled it, but unsure which (starting a thread? reading other threads? keeping browser open?). Already used it a handful times to contact some people, then system stopped (messages must count as topics, and there is a limit for that too).

It’s probably related to trust levels, you can’t send private messages immediately:

Thanks for the link. Maybe local config differs a bit, maybe that doc forgot to mention conditions must be AND and not OR (it says that for level 3, but not 2) or that it is “>% from the list”.
