Phabricator is No Longer Being Actively Maintained. What does this mean for developer.blender.org?

This sorta came out of nowhere. What does this mean for our developer site?

Thank you for giving me the link. I’ve really enjoyed using Phabricator, it has personality. I hope its developer is moving on to bigger and better things!
