Nodes automatically get included in frame nodes

PROBLEM

When moving nodes around they will automatically be included in whichever frame node the mouse hovers over when ending the grab.

This behaviour is incredibly annoying especially when working with larger node setups.

SOLUTION

Make the automatic node inclusion in frame nodes an option that can be toggled on and off like how it is with Auto-offset.
