My Bleander doesn't open anymore until I pressed in Add-On preference "Install from Disk"

I pressed Install from disk and Blender close in one instant and doesn’t open anymore , I tried to unistall and reinstall but Blender doesn’t open anymore
What I should I do ?
I’m in panic

Try Renaming/deleting blender config(and probably cache) directory.
On windows it’s in Users\<user>\appdata\roaming\blender foundation. On linux ~/.config/blender
