Multiple Objects Rename

The question is not how to rename Multiple object, I already wrote a tool and its work properly. my question is how can I give this tool to developer team. they can check it and if found it fine put it on blender.
I wrote it for BsMax (UI simulator add-on) but I think this simple and useful tool most be inside of Blender.

Just Brilliant, must be on Blender, renaming need to be for multiple selected objects not just for active object.
