While the docs have translations, the official site is not translated.
I believe that it will be helpful to have a translation for at least the top-page, download page and funding page.

Everytime they update it the translations also have to be made… The doc is translated by other user i think?
Would the download page and funding page be changed often? (I must admit that things will be difficult for the top-page)
The docs are translated by users on https://developer.blender.org/diffusion/BMT/ .
This is technically possible as something that could be done the problem is the effort needed to set it up and maintain it. There are several plugins that can be used: https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/9-best-translation-plugins-for-wordpress-websites/
Other pages (custom pages) have to have a different mechanism to generate traditional translation files.
