INSTALLATION ERROR:- The system can not open the device or specified file

Hello All:

I just tried to install blender-2.82-windows64 very first time on my system and it shows me an installation error:-
The system can not open the device or specified file

My system specifications:-
i5 9th Gen 9400k
32 GB DDR4 RAM
6GB Nvidia 1660 Super DDR5
1 TB nvme.2 SDD
Windows 10

Instead of installing, I recommend you try using the portable version instead.

Where I can find the portable version? Can you please share the link?
