I cant move or rotate objects and blender crashes on cycles render engine?

I just updated to Blender 3.2.1 and I cant move or rotate objects. Also when I change my render engine to
cycles Blender just crashes I have uninstalled and reinstalled blender 5 times I have tried. Everything the only things that works in switching Workspace and Setting is this common?
