The APA style specifies both how to reference webpages and software, so that’s where you should start.
Depending on which you need, I’d expect something like either of these:
Blender Documentation Team. (2019). Blender 2.81 Reference Manual. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/2.81/
Blender Development Team. (2022). Blender (Version 3.1.0) [Computer software]. https://www.blender.org
