I built the documentation for the instructions, installed the Russian language files, registered at “developer.blender.org”. But I can’t figure out how to send the edited “blender_manual.po” file to the repository, or how to set up the “Visual Studio Code” to edit the file from the repository (◉ User Guide: Configuring an External Editor).
