Glb animated model exported with wrong dimensions. too small

Hello there my dear people, hope everybody is well. I’ve got an animated eagle, flying over a solid logo, both imported into blender as .GLB. Everything fine. I resized it and re-scaled it to be bigger and, as I export all of this together, again, as a .GLB, when opened, whether in the Windows 3D viewer or in other 3D model viewing platforms, the model comes fine, but way smaller than what was supposed.
Can somebody please help me out for this project?
