The volume of open tasks doesn’t seen to shrink and maybe contributors could help on this side, by giving them more right on phabricator.
I was thinking of something like if user have accepted patch then it could have rights like closing duplicate etc…
Morevover I think this level of trust would put more recognition in the work of contributor
