[Gitea] Milestone progression bar not visible with default color theme

Hello, i have found a minor visual problem with the default Gitea bthree-dark theme: the Milestone progression bar is grey on grey and not visible.

The gitea-custom infrastructure does not have the issues active.
Where i can report the issue ?
