Frame text needs to be sized differently to the frame label read from a text file

PROBLEM

Cant have different sized frame header and frame text, which means you either have to have it all small so it will fit, add additional nested frames just for the text, or you have it all large so you can read the label/header when zoomed out.

SOLUTION

Add text size slider to accompany label size.
