Hello guys, can i ask if Fracture Modifier was implemented as external addon or something else?
The only way we have right now to fracture in blender is still the old method present in 2.79 with integrated cell fracture?

Fracture Modifier is a development branch, not an addon. This means it is a separate and distinct build of Blender with the Fracture Modifier features.
Last I looked, it is still under active development, but it is based on Blender 2.79. Blender 2.8 integration is being worked on.
