In section “How to get started” → “Install the manual locally” link is broken under “Documentation” homepage (Documentation — blender.org).
i recently registered with blender.org. please let me know if this requires a bug report to be raised.

this is now resolved by ticket → “T102618 - Broken link in Documentation homepage.”
while browsing the blender wiki there was a page on how to raise bug reports, Process/Bug Reports - Blender Developer Wiki
it lead to another page which contained information about different forms for categories of issues Query: All Forms. one of which is “Form 16 Blender Websites Bug Report”.
